ABOUT ME
Hi!
Since you’re here, you probably, like me, can’t imagine life without a good dose of adrenaline. My name is Igor Truszkowski, and for years my greatest passion has been riding a board—in every possible form.
I specialize in freestyle snowboarding (Slopestyle and Big Air). I feel most at home on the snow, and each new winter is an opportunity for me to push my own limits. My latest major challenge, accomplished during training in Austria, was landing the BS Triple Cork 1440. It was an incredible moment — I became the first Pole in the history of our national team to land this trick.
A few facts from my journey:
SNOWBOARD
I represent Poland on the international stage. I am a Polish Slopestyle Champion and have competed at the Junior World Championships. Most recently, in Mayrhofen, I placed in the TOP 10 at a FIS competition.
WATER
When the snow melts, I don’t slow down at all. I’m part of the European Malibu Boats team as a wakeboarder. If I’m not in the mountains, you’ll definitely find me on the water — riding a wakeboard, kitesurfing, or wakesurfing.
MISSION
Extreme sports are more than just competition to me. They’re a lifestyle, constant progression, and the pure joy of doing things that seem impossible.

My Journey to the Top
Every season means hundreds of hours spent in snowparks, thousands of attempts, and a constant battle with gravity. Since my debut in the 2017/2018 season — when, as a newcomer, I stepped onto the podium at the Polish Championships — snowboarding has become the purpose of my life. My progression isn’t just about raw numbers; it’s an evolution from local competitions to starts in European Cups and World Championships.

My career is marked by a long list of podium finishes in the Polish Cups — including multiple victories in Zakopane and Czarny Groń — which laid the foundation for my current international starts. Each of these medals motivates me to learn even more difficult rotations and stylish grabs.
